'No nos mires, únete'
2019
Works on paper 70 cm x 100 cm
'No nos mires, únete' (Don't stare, join us) is an illustrated project consisting of a series of 9 pieces of 70x100cm made on paper.

The project initially arises from the desire to develop a visual investigation into discomfort and unrest as feelings behind every impulse of desire.

Based on images from my personal archive recorded in the anti-austerity movements of the Indignados of 2011 in Spain, I have structured a series of 9 images organized as a storyboard where I intend to start a reflection about the common space that exists between the individual/personal and the collective/political.

'No nos mires, únete' is a slogan chanted during the demonstrations, mainly to encourage people to join the protest.
